档案管理作为最管理工作最基础形式之一,对推进社会经济文化建设、确保档案资源信息的完整性和真实性具有十分重要的作用。档案利用服务质量评价主要包括两个方面,即档案馆自我评价和社会大众评价,其中社会大众是档案利用服务质量评价的重要主体,加强社会公众参与档案利用服务质量评价,能有效的推动档案利用服务质量评价管理的规范性,提高档案管理和服务的质量和水平,从而促进我国档案管理事业健康发展。
