由冶金能源学会动力学术委员会主持召开的全国节电、节水学术论文年会,于1986年12月22～25日在厦门召开。参加这次会议的有冶金能源学会名誉理事长陈星同志,动力学术委员会的主任委员、副主任委员、委员共11人,其中在各企业部门担任负责职务的鞍钢副总工程师侯君实、马钢副总工程师陶家(?)、包头钢铁设计研究院副总工程师李岐林、宝钢能源部副部长程喜亨、本钢动力厂总工程师伍政精和包钢能源处主任工程师方增荣等委员参加了这次会议。另外,湖南省冶金厅总工程师李明光、鞍山电机工程学会理事长刘承祜、攀钢能源处长魏保严、湘钢机动处长王启发、鞍钢供电厂厂长学楠、鞍钢矿山动力厂厂长吕先恭等同志也应约参加了会议。参加这次会议共50人。会议由侯君实、李岐林、蒙仁伦同志主持。

In addition, the chief engineer of Hunan Provincial Metallurgical Department Li Mingguang, Anshan Institute of Electrical Engineering chairman Liu Chengyi, Panzhihua Energy Director Wei Baoyan, Xiangtan Iron Maneuver Director Wang Qifa, Anshan Iron and Steel Power Plant Manager Nan, Anshan Iron and Steel Power Plant Director Lv Xian Gong et al Comrades also should attend the meeting. A total of 50 people attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Hou Junshi, Li Qilin and Comrade Meng Renlun.
