2016年5月7日,淮南市观赏石协会第二次会员代表大会在淮南市八公山凌云山庄隆重举行。淮南市政协副主席戴多斌、市文联主席杨天超、市民政局副局长管恒川出席会议并致辞。原市委常委、市政协副主席孙多贤,市国土资源局原局长张建华参加了本次会议。淮南市观赏石协会常务副会长兼秘书长吴纯泽作工作报告。会议审议并通过了《淮南市观赏石协会章程》(修证案),并以举手表决的方式选举产生了新一届淮南市明赏石协会理事会理事、会长、执行会长、副会长、秘书长、副秘书长,聘请戴多斌、孙多贤、张建华为协会名誉会长。
May 7, 2016, Huai’an City, the second member of the Association of Ornamental Rock in Huaying City Peak Hill Park Hill was held. Dai Duobin, Vice Chairman of Huainan CPPCC, Yang Tianchao, Chairman of Literary Federation and Guan Hengchuan, Deputy Director of Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Sun Duixian, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and vice chairman of the municipal CPPCC, and Zhang Jianhua, former director of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, attended the meeting. Huainan City ornamental stone Association executive vice president and secretary general Wu Chunze work report. The meeting reviewed and approved the Articles of Association of Huainan City Ornamental Association (amending the case) and elected a new member of the board of director, president and executive president of the Huainan Ming Dynasty Stone Association by way of a show of hands and vice President, Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General, employ Dai Duobin, Sun Duo Xian, Zhang Jianhua honorary president of the Association.
