制备了作为萃取剂的各种苯乙烯膦酸单酯,它们的酯烃基分别属于正烷基、异烷基、环烷基、芳烷基和烷代苯基。酯烃基为含11—13个碳原子的单仲烷基酯的混合物简称为B312。测定了Fe(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Ca(Ⅱ),CO(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)在B312煤油和硫酸盐水溶液中的分配。用镍冶炼厂的钴渣浸出液进行了多级逆流摇瓶试验以及单级洗涤和反萃实验。其结果说明,可以用B312煤油在室温下经分馏萃取,使铜、钴和镍相互分离。
Various styrene phosphonic acid monoesters were prepared as extractants whose ester hydrocarbyls belong to n-alkyl, iso-alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl and alkyl-substituted phenyl, respectively. Mixtures of ester hydrocarbyl groups that are mono-secondary alkyl esters containing from 11 to 13 carbon atoms are referred to simply as B312. The effects of Fe (Ⅲ), Fe (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), Cu (Ⅱ), Mn (Ⅱ), Ca (Ⅱ) Distribution in sulfate aqueous solution. A multi-stage countercurrent shake flask test as well as a single-stage scrubbing and stripping experiments were carried out using the nickel slag smelter’s cobalt slag leachate. The results show that B312 kerosene can be fractionated and extracted at room temperature to separate copper, cobalt and nickel from each other.
