矿石批重影响高炉内煤气流的分布、影响煤气能量利用率。合理矿石批重系指在顺行条件下最佳煤气利用率时的矿石批重。合理的矿石批重可以降低高炉的燃料比,是节能的一项措施。国外计算焦炭批重只考虑炉喉直径一个因素。但根据我国高炉冶炼实践影响矿石批重的因素除炉喉直径外,尚有综合冶炼强度、相对料柱透气性指数,煤气流分布型式以及矿石堆比重等。并综合上述各因素提出一个计算合理矿石批重的经验公式。
The ore weight affects the distribution of gas flow in the blast furnace and affects the gas energy utilization rate. Reasonable ore batch weight refers to the batch weight of the ore at the best gas utilization under forward conditions. Reasonable ore weight can reduce the blast furnace fuel ratio, is a measure of energy saving. Calculated coke weight abroad only consider the diameter of a throat of a factor. However, according to the blast furnace smelting practice affecting the weight of ore in addition to the throat diameter, there is a comprehensive smelting strength, the relative permeability of the column gas index, the distribution of gas flow patterns and the proportion of ore piles. Based on the above factors, an empirical formula for calculating the reasonable batch weight of ore is proposed.
