我厂广大造船工人,通过无产阶级专政理论的学习,高举“鞍钢宪法”伟大红旗,在船体外场甲板上成功地应用了一项新工艺,即坡口中添加粉末合金的单面焊双面成形自动焊工艺。应用结果表明,这种新工艺既能提高焊接生产率,又可改善焊接接头的质量。除成功地应用于船体外场甲板外,还在两艘万吨轮的船体槽形隔仓和内底板中获得了应用。
The majority of shipbuilders in our factory, through the study of the theory of proletarian dictatorship, hold high the “Great Red Flag of the Ansteel Constitution” and successfully applied a new process on the outboard deck of the hull, that is, the one-side welding double-sided forming automatic powder bevel adding alloy Welding process.
