根据国家海洋局海洋日活动办公室关于2011年世界海洋日暨全国海洋宣传日的总体部署,中国海洋学会、中国太平洋学会、宋庆龄基金会将于2011年6月8日至6月9日联合举办“辛亥百年兴海强国”学术论坛活动。该活动主题将紧密结合纪念建党90周年和纪念辛亥革命100周年的内容,从当代视角回顾和纪念100年来中国人为实现海洋强国梦想、为国家海洋事业的发展而走过的艰苦卓绝的探索历程;激发国民的海洋意识,增强全民建设现代化海洋强国的决心和凝聚力。在论坛活动举办之前,本刊记者对论坛邀请的部分专家进行了访谈。围绕2011年世界海洋日暨全国海洋宣传日的主题“辛亥百年海洋振兴”等诸多问题展开了讨论。专家们从各自的专业研究领域,对过去、现在和将来的中国海洋的发展问题进行了生动的诠释。
According to the overall deployment of the Ocean Day Office of the State Oceanic Administration on the 2011 World Ocean Day and the National Marine Propaganda Day, the Chinese Society of Oceanology, the Chinese Pacific Society, and the Soong Ching Ling Foundation will jointly hold the conference on June 8 to June 9, 2011, “Xinhai Century Power Xinghai” academic forum activities. The theme of this activity will be to closely review the 90th anniversary of the founding of the founding member and the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Revolution of 1911, to review and commemorate the arduous exploration journey made by the Chinese people for the realization of the dream of a marine power over the past 100 years and for the development of national marine undertakings. The national awareness of the oceans and seas enhances the determination and cohesion of the entire people in building a modern maritime power. Before the forum was held, our correspondents interviewed some experts invited by the forum. Around the theme of World Ocean Day 2011 and the National Marine Propaganda Day, “Xinhai Centennial Marine Revitalization” and many other issues were discussed. Experts from their respective professional fields of study vividly explained the past, present and future development of the Chinese oceans.
