目前,广州市的健康档案工作在新建档案方面已基本符合标准。健康档案管理工作采用电子健康档案和纸质健康档案的双套管理办法,当前以实体管理为主。档案的实体管理质量直接关系到健康档案的开发利用。本文通过对目前广州市健康档案实体管理工作采用典型代表的实地调研方法,结合比较法和统计分析,目的在于对健康档案的实体管理特点和存在问题进行分析,并为如何改善管理问题提出相应建议。
At present, Guangzhou’s health record has basically met the standards in the new archives. Health records management using electronic health records and paper health records of the two sets of management practices, the current entity-based management.
