今年3月10日,同足十届全国人大代表的连云港市市长刘永忠、郑州市市长王文超、兰州市市长张志银、乌鲁木齐市市长雪克莱提·扎克尔、新疆博尔塔拉蒙古自治州州长栗智和洛阳、西安、宝鸡等市代表,利用十届全国人大二次会议休会半天的时间打起了“桥”牌:共同在《关于请求国家批准建设自由贸易区式陆桥经济带的议案》上签字,提交十届全国人大二次会议,请求国家对陆桥经济带的发展给予高度关注和扶持。
