本刊1990年第10期刊登的上海第二工业大学机械故障诊断研究室撰写的《设备故障诊断基础说》一文(以下简称《基础说》),就发展我国的设备故障诊断工作提出了建设性的意见,读后受益非浅。但笔者认为,文中有些观点带有一定的片面性,在此提出几点不成熟的意见与《基础说》作者商榷。一、“基础”与“提高”的问题应区分两种情况
