目的探讨尤瑞克林联合注射用血栓通(冻干)治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 96例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和联合治疗组,每组48例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用血栓通,联合治疗组在对照组基础上加用尤瑞克林,观察两组疗效。结果两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均优于治疗前,且联合治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);联合治疗组的总有效率为91.67%,对照组为66.67%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林与血栓通联合治疗脑梗死效果显著,未发现严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of uracil combined with Xueshuantong (freeze-dried) on cerebral infarction. Methods 96 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and combination therapy group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xueshuantong on the basis of routine treatment. The combination therapy group was treated with uricocain on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was observed. Results The scores of neurological deficits in both groups were better than those before treatment, and the improvement was better in the combined treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 91.67% in the combined treatment group and 66.67% in the control group Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Xiruprin and Xueshuantong in treating cerebral infarction has obvious effect, no serious adverse reaction is found, and it is worthy of clinical application.
