本文在SEM(扫描电镜)上对一大型设备上所用60Si2Mn弹簧圈在装配时突然断裂的原因进行了深入细致的分析。认为冶炼浇铸不当把很多硅酸盐复合夹杂带入材质某一区域中,成为断裂发生的隐患;在随后锻造加热时,低熔点的硅酸盐向其周围晶界熔渗而使该区域晶界发生了特征有别于一般的过烧。这样最终引发了弹簧圈低应力瞬时破断。
