雷达在《人民文学》2000年第1期“新世纪笔谈”撰文认为,新世纪的文学有没有动人心魄的力量,就看它能否不断发出清新而睿智的独特声音。它无疑要被数字化、复制化、标准化的汪洋大海所包围,这是原创性被消解、个性被削平的最大威胁。而艺术一旦失去了个性的表达就不再有魅力了。健全的个性意味着什么?意味着人性的复归,真善美的境界。你看,大自然的万物才是最有个性的,而机械和电子产品却是千篇一律的。社会愈是向物化发展,人就愈是需要倾听本真的、自然的、充满个性的声音,以抚慰精神,使人不致迷失本性。
In the article “New Century Writing Notes” written by People’s Literature, No. 1, 2000, the author believes that there is no touching force in the literature of the new century and whether it can continuously deliver a fresh and intelligent unique voice. It is undoubtedly surrounded by a sea of digital, replicated, standardized ocean, which is the greatest threat to the originality being digested and personality flattened. Art once lost the expression of personality is no longer attractive. What does a sound personality mean? It means the return of humanity, the realm of beauty and goodness. You see, nature is the most personal of all things, but mechanical and electronic products are stereotyped. The more the society develops toward the materialized, the more people need to listen to the true, natural, full of personal voice, to soothe the spirit so that people do not lose their nature.
