目的研究茵陈水提液不同浓度乙醇沉淀的绿原酸转移率。方法法以绿原酸含量为指标成分测定不同浓度乙醇沉淀茵陈水提液绿原酸的含量。结果 70%乙醇沉淀茵陈水提液绿原酸转移率最高。结论水提醇沉精制茵陈提取液采用70%乙醇。
OBJECTIVE To study the chlorogenic acid transfer rate of different concentrations of ethanol precipitation of Yinchen aqueous extract. Methods Chlorogenic acid content of chlorogenic acid as an indicator component of different concentrations of ethanol precipitation Yinchen aqueous chlorogenic acid content. Results 70% ethanol precipitation Yinchen water extract chlorogenic acid highest transfer rate. Conclusion Water extract alcohol Shen Yin Chen extract using 70% ethanol.
