社会保障制度作为一项基本的经济制度,有其建立与完善的必要性。我国的社会保障制度又有很多缺陷,我们可以借鉴其他国家的有益经验对社会保障制度进行建立改革与完善。
As a basic economic system, the social security system has its necessity of establishment and improvement. Our country’s social security system has many shortcomings. We can learn from the useful experience of other countries to establish and reform the social security system.
