Recently,in Japan ,Japanese historian of science and technology have interest about Area where Japan colonized before World War Ⅱ,In this report,Ⅰ want to argue that how did been Central Research Institution of South Manchurian Railway Company succeed to China. This institution was established by Shinpei Gotou who was a first president of South Manchurian Railway Company on northeast area of China in 1907.In Colonial period,this Institution played an important role on northeast area of China about Industrialization of it. When World War Ⅱ was over in 1945,Russia went to Manchuria ,This Institution was occupied by Russian army.Tuneya Marusawa was the last chief of this Institution.He graduated from Tokyo University in 1907.He went to this institution in 1936 as chief.He stayed in China to 1955.He determined that they gave Russia and China result of research,because he thought that Result of Science and Technology is universal for human beyond nation state. Many Japanese scientist and technician cooperated China.This interesting example teach us that the lesson about Exchange on science and technology among different nation.
