目的 了解河南省X射线诊断医疗照射的频率及剂量水平。方法 采取普查、分层抽样与重点调查相结合。结果 1996、1998年X射线诊断医疗照射的年频率水平分别为每千人 13 4 5 9人次和 13 9 2 7人次。结论 胸透检查剂量有明显降低。
Objective To understand the frequency and dose level of X-ray diagnostic medical irradiation in Henan province. Methods Census, stratified sampling and key investigations were combined. Results The annual frequency of X-ray diagnostic medical exposure in 1996 and 1998 were 13,459 and 13 927 respectively. Conclusion Chest X-ray examination significantly reduced the dose.
