采用金相手段研究了2.25Cr1Mo 0.25V钢在不同保温温度和不同保温时间下的奥氏体晶粒长大规律,并建立了晶粒长大模型。结果显示:该钢的粗化温度为1 100℃,当温度达到1 250℃时,晶粒不会再有明显的长大趋势。加热温度对平均晶粒尺寸的影响明显大于保温时间。
The law of grain growth of austenite in 2.25Cr1Mo 0.25V steel at different holding temperature and holding time was studied by means of metallography, and the grain growth model was established. The results show that the roughening temperature of this steel is 1 100 ℃. When the temperature reaches 1 250 ℃, the grain will no longer obviously grow up. The effect of heating temperature on the average grain size is significantly greater than the holding time.
