汞是剧毒的环境污染物。文献中曾报导了汞(Ⅱ)对K_4[Fe(CN)_6]的水合反应有强烈的催化作用,并建立了痕量汞的催化动力学测定方法。但由于操作条件苛刻,测量耗时长,因而难于实际应用。本试验将该反应体系与空气整段间隔连续流动分析法结合起来,建立了痕量汞(Ⅱ)的快速测定方法。用于水中汞的测定,结果满意。一、实验部分 (一)仪器与试剂 1.仪器:FIA-TI通用流动注射仪(东北电力学院仪器仪表厂);756-型多功能紫外-可见分光光度计(宜兴分析仪器厂);万莫流通池(宜兴分析仪器厂);台式自动平衡记录仪(上海自动化仪表二厂);
Mercury is a highly toxic environmental pollutant. It has been reported in the literature that mercury (II) strongly catalyzes the hydration of K_4 [Fe (CN) _6] and establishes a catalytic kinetic method for the determination of trace mercury. However, due to harsh operating conditions, measurement time-consuming, and thus difficult to practical application. In this experiment, the reaction system and the whole air interval continuous flow analysis method combined to establish a trace mercury (Ⅱ) rapid determination method.
