为提升我国融合体育教育的整体水平、提高从业者的教学能力,有必要对主要从业者体育教育专业学生与适应体育专业学生的自我效能进行研究。运用问卷调查法对12所高校的体育教育专业学生和适应体育专业学生进行了调查,研究发现:1)不同性别学生的自我效能没有出现明显差异;2)原有经验对自我效能的影响相对较小;3)体育教育专业学生的自我效能略高于适应体育教育专业学生的自我效能。在解释出现上述现象原因的同时,提出提升学生自我效能的相关建议:1)充分认识融合体育教育的复杂性;2)向学生传递更多的适应体育相关知识;3)将融合体育相关内容纳入学生培养方案;4)重视学生融合体育、适应体育的实习与实践。
In order to enhance the overall level of our country’s integration of physical education and improve the teaching ability of practitioners, it is necessary to study the self-efficacy of students majoring in physical education and students majoring in physical education. The questionnaires were used to investigate physical education majors and sports majors in 12 colleges and universities. The findings were as follows: 1) There was no significant difference in self-efficacy among students of different genders; 2) The influence of original experience on self-efficacy was relatively Small; 3) The self-efficacy of physical education majors is slightly higher than the self-efficacy of physical education majors. In explaining the reasons for the above phenomena, we put forward some suggestions to improve students’ self-efficacy: 1) fully understand the complexity of physical education; 2) transfer more knowledge about physical education to students; 3) Student training programs; 4) emphasis on student integration of sports, sports practice and practice.
