目的:分离、鉴定猫爪草Ranunculus ternatus块根的化学成分。方法:采用Sephadex LH-20及硅胶等色谱技术进行分离,制备HPLC纯化,根据理化性质及NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从猫爪草中分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:4-氧代-5-(O-β-D-葡萄糖基)-戊酸(1),正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(2),腺苷(3),3-[(3-羟基)-(4-β-D-葡萄糖基)-苯基]-2-丙烯酸(4),5-羟甲基糠酸(5),3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(6),邻羟基苯甲酸(7),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(8)。结论:化合物1~3,7,8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Ranunculus ternatus roots. METHODS: Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel were used for separation and preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and NMR spectroscopy. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from the genus Catharanthes and identified as 4-oxo-5- (O-β-D-glucosyl) (4), 5-hydroxymethyl (4-β-D-glucopyranosyl) -2-propenoic acid Furoic acid (5), 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (6), o-hydroxybenzoic acid (7) and 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 3, 7 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
