针对棒料或条材通过滚压成形工艺制造齿圈毛坯圆环时存在的卷圆效率低和工件一致性差等问题,提出一次滚压即可成形可对焊圆环的五辊滚压工艺。对各工艺辊位置进行了计算,推导出侧辊位移量与工件曲率半径的对应关系。为改善实验的盲目性、直观体现齿圈毛坯成形一般规律、缩短产品的开发周期、节约生产成本,利用了ANSYS/LS-DYNA对卷圆过程进行了动态模拟,分析了坯料受力和变形情况。将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行比较,并对比较结果的误差进行分析,说明了五辊滚压工艺方案的可行性。
Aiming at the problems of low coiling efficiency and poor workpiece consistency when the bar or ring blank is manufactured by the roll forming process, a five-roll rolling process of forming a butt-welded ring by rolling is proposed. The position of each roll was calculated, and the corresponding relationship between the displacement of the side roll and the radius of curvature of the workpiece was deduced. In order to improve the blindness of experiment, the general rule of gear ring blank forming was intuitively reflected, the product development cycle was shortened and the production cost was saved. The rolling process was simulated by ANSYS / LS-DYNA. The stress and deformation of the blank . The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results, and the errors of the comparison results are analyzed. The feasibility of five-roll rolling process is illustrated.
