我院学生在金工实习中卸 C618车床卡盘时,曾发生左手肘部碰及床头箱上的把手开关,把手柄推向了正转位置,致使握卡盘扳手的右手随卡盘转到导轨上砸伤的事故。为防止类似事故重演,我们根据人机工程学关于安全防护问题的原理,对该车床进行了安全防护方面的审查,认为床头箱上的把手开关的位置,在学生卸卡盘时的活动范围之内,很容易碰到。于是,我们将全部实习车床的把手开关改为按钮开关,消除了隐患。但不久又出现了新的问题:实习学生忘记将
