20 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年采用经皮肺穿刺瘤内注药治疗 11例肺癌病人。均有明确的病理组织学或细胞学诊断。其中男 9例 ,女 2例 ;年龄 3 9～ 71岁 ,平均年龄 52岁。 1例为中央型 ,10例为周围型 ;按TNM分期Ⅰb2例 ,Ⅲa2例 ,Ⅲb4例 ,Ⅳ3例 ;腺癌 7例 ,鳞癌 4例。咳痰带血 2例 ,胸痛 3例
Percutaneous pulmonary puncture tumor injection was used to treat 11 patients with lung cancer from 2001 to 2000. Have a clear pathological or cytological diagnosis. Including 9 males and 2 females; aged 39 to 71 years, mean age 52 years. 1 case of central type and 10 cases of peripheral type. According to TNM stage Ⅰ b 2 cases, Ⅲ a 2 cases, Ⅲ b 4 cases, Ⅳ 3 cases; adenocarcinoma in 7 cases and squamous cell carcinoma in 4 cases. 2 cases of sputum bloody, 3 cases of chest pain
