本病在淄博市自1959年开始流行,經有关方面調查認为本病可能与病毒感染有关。此后山东及全国各地类似发病情况都有报导,并已引起各地的注意。为了观察本病X綫胸部表現,我們自1962年8月至1963年8月期間收集确診患者75例。这些病例全部經过多次透視,其中36例拍有胸大片,現着重其X綫表現作一探討,供同道参考。 診断标准:①潛伏期短,有低热或中等热,发病急促具有咳嗽、胸悶、气短、喘息等呼吸道症状;②可表現流行状态或散发,病程多在1-3周內;③化
The disease in Zibo City since 1959, popular, the investigation by the parties concerned that the disease may be related to the virus infection. Since then, Shandong and other parts of the country have reported similar incidence, and has attracted the attention of all over. In order to observe the performance of the X-ray chest, we collected 75 cases of diagnosed patients from August 1962 to August 1963. After these cases all through many perspectives, of which 36 cases were shot thoracic, now focusing on its X-ray performance for a discussion for fellow reference. Diagnostic criteria: ① short incubation period, low or moderate fever, rapid onset of cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath, wheezing and other respiratory symptoms; ② can show the prevalence or distribution, duration of more than 1-3 weeks;
