作为影响我国经济的两大市场,股市和楼市不仅影响居民资产投资,而且在其投资运营中的风险严重影响国家社会经济,为保证经济的健康发展,应对股市和楼市联动性进行深入研究。针对我国股市“政策市”这一特征,本文运用EVIEWS计量软件,通过协整分析方法研究剔除股市中政策这一影响因素前后,楼市和股市的联动性。
As the two major markets that affect our economy, the stock market and the property market not only affect the investment of residents’ assets, but also the risks in their investment and operation seriously affect the national social economy. In order to ensure the healthy development of the economy, we should conduct an in-depth study on the linkage between the stock market and the property market. In view of the characteristics of China’s stock market “policy market ”, this paper uses EVIEWS measurement software to study the linkage between the property market and the stock market before and after excluding the influencing factors of the policy in the stock market through the cointegration analysis method.
