目的 观察增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)的视网膜前膜 (ERM )中肝细胞生长因子受体 (HGFR)的表达情况。方法 对 1 5例复杂的裂孔性视网膜脱离并发PVR患者行玻璃体切除术时 ,对剥离的视网膜前膜进行免疫组化染色 ,观察HGFR的表达情况。结果 HGFR在 6例PVR C级膜标本中 ,5例HGFR阳性表达 ,阳性表达率为 83 3% ;9例PVR D级增殖膜标本中 ,有 7例HGFR阳性表达 ,阳性表达率为 77 8%。C级和D级的增殖膜HGFR阳性表达率无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 提示HGF在PVR的形成和发展中有一定作用。
Objective To observe the expression of hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR) in the pre-retinal membrane (ERM) of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR). Methods 15 cases of complicated retinal detachment complicated by PVR were treated with vitrectomy. The retinal detachment was examined by immunohistochemistry and the expression of HGFR was observed. Results HGFR was positive for HGFR in 5 of 6 PVR grade C specimens, and the positive rate was 83.3%. Of the 9 specimens of PVR grade D, 7 were positive for HGFR, with a positive rate of 77.8% . There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of HGFR between C and D proliferative membranes (P> 0.05). Conclusions HGF plays a role in the formation and development of PVR.
