油田开发过程中,机械采油成为采油生产主要开采方式。而应用抽油机带动深井泵采油仍是油田主要举升方式,抽油机井能否正常生产,直接关系到产量指标的完成。近几年,因为泵漏失造成抽油机井检泵一直居高不下,给机采管理工作带来了较大的困难,本文通过对生产实际中遇到问题分析,提高井下故障的诊断准确率,找出正确的处理方法,将产量影响降到最小,节约作业费用,降低抽油机两率,增加油井的产量。
In the process of oilfield development, mechanical oil recovery has become the main mode of production for oil production. However, the application of pumping units to drive deep-well pumping is still the main method for lifting oilfields. Whether pumping wells can be normally produced is directly related to the completion of production targets. In recent years, because of the pump loss, the pumping unit well pump has always been high, which brings great difficulties to the machine management. In this paper, by analyzing the problems encountered in the actual production to improve the diagnostic accuracy of underground faults, Find the right approach to minimize the impact of production, saving operating costs, reduce pumping rate and increase oil well production.
