班级管理是学校管理中的重中之重,班级管理的方法也是因不同的班级而异,在民主氛围渐浓的今天,提高班级的民主性至关重要,推行“民主建班,以制理班,以人为本,自主管理”的“小组自治”制度是一个行之有效的办法。如何推行这种制度,应从四个方面着手:制定制度,自谋出路;化解矛盾,携手发展;相互监督,激励竞争;确定目标,共绘蓝图。在这种民主的氛围之下,每个学生都会感受到班级的温暖,都会主动融入班级这个大家庭中,成为真正的主人。
Class management is the most important task in school management. The method of class management is also different for different classes. In today’s increasingly democratic atmosphere, it is of utmost importance to improve the democracy of the class and promote “democratic classes”. “Student class, people-oriented, self-management ” group self-government " system is a proven method.
