本文想谈三个问题:1.在十三届四中、五中全会精神的指引下,冷静地思考过去,对公共图书馆为社会主义精神文明建设服务的有关问题进行再认识;2.结合江苏的情况,谈谈十一届三中全会以来,尤其是近年来,公共图书馆为社会主义精神文明建设服务的基本经验;3.谈谈当前公共图书馆在为社会主义精神文明建设服务方面所应具有的历史责任。本文所述只是个人的粗浅看法,不妥之处,敬请图书馆界的同志们批评
