材料表面经离子束辅助轰击下低能碳离子注入工艺处理后 ,形成由碳注入层和类金刚石碳薄膜涂层组成的改性层 ,其中注入层深度比 DIM工艺深 1倍以上。 40 Cr钢表面改性后显微硬度 HV可提高 2 0 %~ 1 2 8%。
After the surface of the material was treated by ion beam assisted bombardment with low-energy carbon ion implantation process, a modified layer composed of a carbon injection layer and a diamond-like carbon film coating was formed, wherein the depth of the implanted layer was more than one time deeper than that of the DIM process. After the surface modification of 40 Cr steel, the microhardness HV can be increased by 20% ~ 128%.
