淮北矿业集团公司朔里煤矿位于安徽省淮北市,全矿现有员工5100人,矿井年产量稳定在180万吨左右。朔里煤矿在创建“四级安全培训基地”中,积极转变观念,提出了培训工作“精细化管理”理念,确保了职工培训质量。2005年5月份,安徽省煤矿安全监察局组织的全省煤矿安全培训座谈会上,现场推介职教精细化管理项目,并授予该矿“安全培训先进单位”。国家教育部专家组来朔里矿进行调研职工教育工作,对精细化管理做法给予了极大的关注。
Huaibei Mining Corporation Shuoli coal mine is located in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, the whole mine existing staff of 5,100 people, mine annual output stable at about 1.8 million tons. Shuoli coal mine in the creation of “four safety training base”, and actively change their concepts, put forward the training of “fine management” concept, to ensure the quality of employee training. In May 2005, Anhui Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau organized the province’s coal mine safety training seminar, on-site promotion of vocational education and meticulous management project, and awarded the mine “safety training advanced unit.” Experts from the Ministry of Education came to Shuoli Mine to carry out research on staff education and paid great attention to the practice of meticulous management.
