为了优化和控制空调变频器的散热,提出了一种系统级的分析研究方法,使用一维流体仿真软件Flowmaster建立了空调变频器冷媒冷却系统的仿真模型,分析了系统的稳态性能和动态性能,并对系统控制进行了探索性研究。在设计过程中利用系统仿真代替样机调试,不仅大大减少了样机调试的周期,而且为系统的优化、控制及改进设计提供了依据。将高低温工况下的稳态及动态试验数据与仿真结果进行对比,验证了系统仿真的正确性。
In order to optimize and control the heat dissipation of AC inverter, a system-level analysis and research method is put forward. Using the one-dimensional flow simulation software Flowmaster, the simulation model of refrigerant cooling system of AC inverter is established. The steady-state performance and dynamic performance , And conducted exploratory research on system control.
