乙酰环戊苯(又称环戊通、环戊醇胺)系一种强烈抗交感神经散瞳药物,有较强的麻庳睫状肌作用,具有扩瞳迅速,维持时间短的优点。在临床应用过程中,曾遇到5例致中枢神经系统紊乱,现报道如下。患者男性4例,女性1例,年龄8—14岁,均为门诊散瞳进行屈光检查患者。既往均无神经系统疾病史。药品为英国HALEWOOD 化学有限公司生产的盐酸乙酰环戊苯粉剂,本院制剂室配制1—2%两种浓度滴眼液。4例患者滴用2%乙酰环戊苯溶液,1例滴用1%该药溶液。
