To uphold the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party is the fundamental premise of multi-party cooperation and a basic principle in the work of the CPPCC. The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening the CPPCC’s Work put forward requirements and made arrangements for strengthening and improving the party’s leadership over the CPPCC from various aspects. We should profoundly understand that we should uphold the party
