从分析我国IT项目知识内容体系不完善、知识管理流程不规范以及传统的管理信息系统无法满足知识管理的需要入手,以调查问卷的方式,界定IT项目知识内容体系,建立IT项目知识管理模型与支持系统,对系统运行机制进行分析,实现IT项目知识系统化、自动化管理以及知识整合共享,提高IT项目知识使用效率。案例分析表明,该模型可有效地改善项目知识管理流程,可达到提高项目成功率的目的。最后指出IT项目知识管理支持系统进一步的研究方向。
Starting with the analysis of the imperfect knowledge content system of IT project in our country, the non-standardization of knowledge management process and the failure of the traditional management information system to meet the needs of knowledge management, this paper defined the knowledge content system of IT project by means of questionnaire and established the knowledge management model of IT project Support systems to analyze the system operating mechanism to achieve IT project knowledge systematization, automated management and knowledge integration and sharing, improve IT project knowledge use efficiency. The case study shows that this model can effectively improve the project knowledge management process and achieve the goal of improving project success rate. Finally, it points out the further research direction of IT project knowledge management support system.
