采用紫外分光光度法研究不同生产厂的31批扑尔敏片的含量均匀度,测定结果均符合中国药典1985年版、1990年版(初稿)、英国药典1988年版、美国药典22版规定。
The content uniformity of 31 batches of chlorpheniramine tablets from different factories was studied by UV spectrophotometry. The results were in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1985 edition, 1990 edition (first draft), British Pharmacopoeia 1988 edition and the United States Pharmacopoeia 22 edition.
