变化始于2009年。这一年,虎彩年销售收入首次突破10亿元大关。从1000万元到1亿元、从1亿元到10亿元,这家从广东虎门走出的印刷企业通过两个8年的持续发展,顺利跨过初始阶段、成长阶段,完成了华丽转身。从南到北、从西到东,虎彩的工厂在全国各地拔地而起。趁热打铁,陈成稳提出了“成熟阶段”的发展目标,希望虎彩延续十余年来的稳健态势,尽早跨入百亿行列。不过,此后的发展轨迹却有些脱离虎彩人的预想。
