选用7种抗高血压药,研究长期使用后对自发性高血压大鼠主动脉内皮依赖性松驰功能的影响。结果表明双氢克尿塞、安替洛尔和卡普托利可明显改善自发性高血压大鼠的主动脉内皮依赖性松驰功能,而哌唑嗪、尼群地平、粉防己碱和双肼苯达嗪则无此作用,同时亦发现内皮依赖性松驰功能的改善与血压下降的程度无相关性。
Seven kinds of antihypertensive drugs were selected to study the effects of long-term use on endothelium-dependent relaxation in aortas of spontaneously hypertensive rats. The results showed that hydrochlorothiazide, antenolol and captopril significantly improved endothelium-dependent relaxation in spontaneously hypertensive rats, whereas prazosin, nitrendipine, tetrandrine and diazepam There is no such effect. At the same time, it is also found that there is no correlation between the improvement of endothelium-dependent relaxation function and the degree of blood pressure drop.
