新钻杆和未到使用寿命的钻杆折断,是一种非正常现象,这种现象在我队生产中不断出现。据初步统计,79年1—10月份,全队共发生断杆事故231次,约占孔内事故总次数的53.08%,处理钻杆折断损失1681个台时,相当一台钻机2.3个月未钻进,极其严重的影响了生产。为了解决钻杆折断问题,我队曾下较大力量进行调查研究并取得一定效果。现将我队钻杆折断情况、折断原因及其预防措施介绍如下。一、钻杆折断情况1.从现场收集的钻杆断头样品看,约有98%的断头发生在丝扣的端部,而且绝大多数是沿着丝扣牙底断开,少数断头尚保留部分螺纹,其比例如表1。
