第二章公司的成立第一节公司的成立与开业一、公司成立之程序呈送登记注册处的文件必须写明新成立公司拟用的名称。为了慎重起见,申请人在正式提交文件之前,通常先发函征求注册处的意见,是否反对公司即将采用的名称。注册处则以印好的函件答复表明同意或者反对。但是,注册处这种答复,既不意味着对征询者保留该公司名称,也不意味着注册处在正式收到申请成立公司的正式文件后,不能作进一步考虑,然后提出否定的意见。有关公司名称的选用问题,将在第三章第三节进一步
Chapter II Establishment of the Company Section 1 Establishment and Opening of the Company I. Procedures for Incorporation The documents submitted to the Registration Office must state the proposed name of the newly established company. For the sake of caution, before submitting a formal document, the applicant usually sends a letter seeking the advice of the Registry by letter or not in opposition to the forthcoming name of the company. The Registry replied with a printed letter indicating its consent or disapproval. However, the reply of the Registry does not mean that the name of the company should be retained by the requester, nor does it mean that after the official receipt of the official documents for the establishment of the company, the Registry can not make any further consideration and then make a negative opinion.
