近年来中国高速铁路迅猛发展,在高铁实力不断增强的同时,中国将目光投向了国际市场,东盟国家成为中国政府推介高速铁路的重要对象。本文指出中国高铁出口东盟已具备的市场契机和优势,基于迄今为止中国与东盟在高铁项目合作建设中尚未取得突破性进展的现状,分析了高铁出口东盟国家将面临地缘政治风险、市场竞争风险及颇高的融资运营风险等主要挑战,最后针对性地提出加快中国高铁出口东盟的政策建议。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, while China’s high-speed rail is still growing in strength, China has turned its attention to the international market. ASEAN countries have become an important target for the Chinese government to promote high-speed rail. This paper points out the opportunities and advantages that the high-speed rail exports to ASEAN already have, and based on the status quo that China and ASEAN have not achieved any breakthroughs in the high-speed rail project so far, it analyzes that the high-speed rail exports to ASEAN countries will face geopolitical risks and market competition risks. High financing risk and other major challenges, and finally put forward some suggestions to speed up the export of China’s high-speed rail to ASEAN.
