朱砂为我国常用药材,主要成分为硫化汞(HgS)。由于汞为剧毒化合物,因此朱砂及其相关成药的安全问题一直备受关注。查阅现有文献,归纳总结朱砂及其制剂中汞的分析研究进展,包括总汞、单质汞、可溶性汞的测定及形态分析;并探讨了现有技术的特点,并对今后的发展做出展望,为朱砂及其制剂的科学评价和合理应用提供参考。
Cinnabar commonly used herbs in our country, the main component of mercury sulfide (HgS). As mercury is a highly toxic compound, the safety of cinnabar and its related medicines has been a concern.
