农村妇女群体意识淡漠,是笔者从事妇联工作8年来观察到的一个在农村普遍存在的问题。与群体意识淡漠相对应的是责任观念的缺失。没有一种对于女性群体命运的关注、思考和参与,农村妇女解放的进程便难以推进,农村经济、社会的可持续发展也会遇到阻力。在开发妇女人才,促进妇女发展的过程中,群体效应是不可忽视的。所谓妇女人才开发中的群体效应,是指在特定时代特定区域,通过社会以及家庭各方面创造条件和共同努力,在成才妇女的相互影响和作用下,造成妇女人才辈出和大批涌现的局面。这种群体效应一经形成,就会引
The lack of awareness among rural women groups is a widespread problem observed in rural areas in the author’s eight years of work in the women’s federation. Corresponding to the indifference of group consciousness is the lack of responsibility concept. Without a focus on the fate of women groups, thinking and participation, the process of rural women’s liberation will be difficult to advance, the rural economy, social and sustainable development will encounter resistance. In developing women talents and promoting women’s development, the mass effect can not be ignored. The so-called group effect in the development of women’s talents refers to the situation in which women’s talents come into being in large numbers and emerge in batches under the influence and interaction of the talented women through the creation of conditions and joint efforts by various sectors of the society and families in a given area in a particular era.
