介绍哈尔滨炼油厂柴油加氢装置首次对FDW - 1催化剂进行器内再生的情况。结果表明 :再生后FDW - 1催化剂的活性、稳定性均恢复到接近新剂的水平 ;再生过程对设备的腐蚀相对较小 ,为含硫催化剂的再生积累了经验
This paper introduces the first regeneration of FDW - 1 catalyst by diesel hydrogenation unit in Harbin refinery. The results showed that the activity and stability of the FDW - 1 catalyst recovered to nearly the level of the new agent after regeneration. The corrosion of the FDW - 1 catalyst was relatively small during the regeneration process, accumulating experience for the regeneration of the sulfur - containing catalyst
