切削力不仅是研究切削过程物理本质的基础,而且是切削过程适应控制的主要参数。然而,人们对切削过程力学特性的定量关系了解得还不够,一些切削力的理论计算公式不能很好地指导生产,因此目前各国采用的切削力计算公式大都是较简单的经验公式。这些经验公式没有很好的反映出各种切削因素的影响规律。本文将实验研究切削过程中滑移抗力的基础上,推导出切削力的理论计算公式,并进行了实验验证。
Cutting force is not only the basis of the study of the physical nature of the cutting process, but also the main parameters of the cutting process to adapt to control. However, the quantitative relationship between the mechanical properties of the cutting process is not enough to understand, and some theoretical formulas of cutting forces can not guide the production well. Therefore, most of the cutting force calculation formulas adopted in various countries are simpler empirical formulas. These empirical formulas do not reflect well the rules of various cutting factors. Based on the experimental study of the sliding resistance during the cutting process, the theoretical calculation formula of the cutting force is derived and verified by experiments.
