我们在合成手性午毒蛾性信息素中,应用到手性α,β-双烷氧基醛类与烷基Grignard试剂的反应,以不同程度地控制非对映异构体的生成。本文报道关于此反应的立体化学研究结果。
In the synthesis of sex pheromone, we applied the reaction of chiral α, β-bisalkoxyaldehydes with alkyl Grignard reagents to control the formation of diastereoisomers to varying degrees. This article reports the results of the stereochemistry of this reaction.
