一季度,我省国民经济继续保持发展的良好态势,经济结构进一步优化,经济增长速度加快,经济运行质量明显提高。全省财政收入实现了两个突破,一是财政总收入和地方财政收入分别突破50亿元和25亿元,截至3月底.全省财政总收入完成56.2亿元,为年预算的25.41%,比上年同期(下同)增长24.64%,增收11.11亿元。其中地方财政收入完成27.48亿元,为年度预算的23.27%,增长26.2%,增收5.71亿元;二是九个市(州、地)地方财政收入增长速度均突破20%,其中安顺、遵义、六盘水、黔南四个市(州)增长速度超过40%。良好的开局为全面实现全年目标打下了坚实的基础。当前,认真学习贯彻落实全国“两会”精神,用“两会”精神统领全局工作,开拓创新,真抓实干,乘势而上,促进全省经济健康发展,加快推进富民兴黔宏伟事业,是全省各级政府和广大干部群众的一项重要任务。全国“两会”期间,胡锦涛总书记在参加贵州代表团一起审议政府工作报告时,充分肯定了贵州改革开放和经济建设所取得的巨大成就。胡锦涛强调指出,要在贵州这样的欠发达地区实现全面
