作者采用自体骨及同种异体骨为227例颌面骨缺损畸形患者进行整复手术,其中新鲜自体骨161例,成功率为97％;冷冻自体骨2例,煮沸自体骨1例;同种异体骨63例,成功率为92％。本文还对自体骨和同种异体骨移植的适应症以及移植骨失败的原因等进行了分析,同时介绍了同种异体骨切取和保存方法。
The autologous bone and allogeneic bone were treated by reconstructive surgery in 227 patients with maxillofacial defects, of which 161 were fresh autologous bone with a success rate of 97%. Two cases of frozen autologous bone and 1 case of autologous bone were boiled. 63 cases of allogenic bone, the success rate was 92%. This article also analyzes the indications of autologous bone and allogenic bone transplantation and the reasons for the failure of bone graft. At the same time, the methods of allogeneic bone excision and preservation are introduced.
