实际生活中护理实践离不开理论与技术的支持,加上护理管理的科学性,两大方面便为护理的安全管理提供了重要依据。因为普外科涉及到的疾病类型多面临的手术种类也多,所以护理工作在普外科显得尤为重要。在此为了加强普外科护理管理工作,特在本文中提出“五常法”的管理模式,将常组织、常清洁、常规范、常整顿、常自律的“五常法”管理模式的要求和步骤具体而又简洁的加以论述。时时刻刻把病人的要求放在首位,加强员工的服务意识,从而促进护理工作的质量的提升。
